Project Highlights
Kai Tak Sports Park: Spanning an impressive 28 hectares, this facility will feature world-class sports amenities, with flexible stage and seating designs to accommodate various international events and sporting occasions, including a stunning main stadium with a seating capacity of 50,000, an indoor sports arena with 10,000 seats, and a public sports field that can host 5,000 spectators. Additionally, the park will include extensive public recreation areas, dining options and shops. It’s set to become a vibrant hub for sports and entertainment, igniting passion and excitement in the heart of the city.
The Twins: Kai Tak’s largest lifestyle retail complex, this development will offer 1.1 million square feet of retail space and will host over 700 shops, including Sogo Department Store, supermarket, cinema, restaurants, and beauty salons. Both tower buildings will feature innovative interior designs and dynamic zoning, allowing customers to explore various spaces and delightful shopping and lifestyle experiences.
Airside: A 47-story mixed-use commercial landmark is designed with green and sustainable concept at its core. This project includes a large premium shopping mall and Grade A office spaces, promoting low-carbon, green living in a busy urban environment. It aims to be the first project in Hong Kong to achieve multiple prestigious green and smart building certifications including “BEAM Plus New Building Platinum Level (1.2 version)” and “Well V.1 Core & Shell Platinum Level”, committed to creating healthy, low-carbon, and sustainable community that connects people, spaces, and nature.
KT Marina: Set to be the largest lifestyle residence project within the Kai Tak runway in the area, featuring an ultra-large clubhouse and seasonal floral gardens, creating a Victoria lifestyle circle that enhances the living experience and provides residents with true sense of home and belongings.
