Zodiac is proud to have worked with award winning Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) on the latest landmark on Murray Road, Central, The Henderson. As the epitome of world-class office and architectural excellence, The Henderson is set to become the next iconic building in Hong Kong.

Inspired by the buds of Hong Kong’s regional flower, the bauhinia, The Henderson quietly blooms in the heart of Central, showcasing the organic and irregular forms of nature.

This skyscraper integrates elements of sustainability, innovation, and art, and has been received multiple awards and accolades, including SmartScore, WiredScore, WELL Healthy building, and the Platinum pre-certification from the leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED).

Additionally, the developer, Henderson Land Development, has been recognized the Asia Pacific Green Building Leadership Award from the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) for The Henderson. These honor position The Henderson as a globally recognized architectural landmark.

The Tile D95 Transparent Crystal system by Fabbian was selected by the ZHA team to greet the guests of this impressive building. Spanning over 10m tall in the main lobby, this custom configuration is Fabbian’s tallest project to date. It adds a touch of classic Italian craftsmanship to this signature ZHA aesthetics.
